The property is well located in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean and had plenty of room for us.The beds are very comfortable and the back porch was so cool to hangout under the pines and enjoy the cool Flagstaff air. Will stay here again!

The house was super cute and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, the fireplace didn’t work, there was a major plumbing leak, and we saw a mouse in the kitchen as well as a dead one in the wall when it was opened for repairs. The driveway is also extremely steep, which may be difficult for low cars or guests with mobility limitations.

Hi Shelley, thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for the kind comments about the home and the comfortable beds. We’re truly sorry about the issues you encountered during your stay, this is not the experience we aim to provide.
The plumbing problem was unexpected, and repairs were addressed as soon as possible. We regret the inconvenience this caused. Regarding the fireplace, we’re sorry it wasn’t operational during your visit and we are working on having it replaced to provide best experience to future guests.
We also appreciate you noting the steep driveway, as this is helpful information for future guests, and we’ll look at ways to better highlight this in our listing. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a much smoother stay in the future.
Its a nice little house in a great location and quiet neighborhood. The backyard is not private so pictures are a little misleading. Its fully fenced but the back fence is chainlink. My dog loved the squirrels! The amount of paperwork you have to fo for management company is more than ive ever had to do before. They require you to sign an external contract outside vrbo and send them a picture of your ID and credit card before they will allow you to receive any check in information.
