10 acre private ranch in the Coconino forest

1800sf luxury cabin in Coconino forest. Complete privacy with no close neighbors. 15 minutes from historic Flagstaff. This is our vacation home. It is well appointed and very comfortable - not just another rental.
Upstairs master bedroom w/ king bed HDTV . Full bath with soaking tub. Loft area w/ queen futon mattress. Lower level has king and queen bedrooms sharing full bath.
Great room with gas fireplace and HDTV.
Ceiling fans and air-conditioned
Laundry room w/ washer, dryer
6 top dinning table set.
Fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, slow cooker, hand mixer and plenty of pans and bakeware.
Large front and back covered porches
Fenced back yard w/patio, patio heater, gas grill, and firepot for use when fires are allowed in the forest with a gas fire pit for when no burn orders are in effect. We even supply the firewood.

Not a doubt this is the best house we’ve ever booked on our travels. Stunning property, very secluded yet close enough to amenities if needed. Very well appointed, nothing you need to bring. We always travel with our dogs and this cabin has everything needed for them, especially a fenced gorgeous yard. Just get a cup of coffee in the morning and sit out on the porch and listen to the elk surrounding you.

This was one of the best cabin rental experiences my family and I had! The instructions were very clear from the owner, and the property was clean and secluded as well! If you enjoy the great outdoors and to feel tucked away in the forest, this is the place for you! Lord willing we will be back again someday! Absolutely beautiful place!

We have stayed at this property a handful of times now and it never fails to impress. Great communication with the homeowners. Beautiful location. All the tools you need to cook great meals for your family in house. When the snow falls, there is no better view from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area. We will book again for sure!

Amazing cabin located on absolutely beautiful property

Pictures do not do this cabin justice. I have stayed in many cabins in AZ but this one is the best by far. Not only is it beautiful but you cannot beat the location and the privacy. Cabin was very clean and had everything you can imagine! Beds and pillows all extremely comfortable. We had so much fun just hanging out watching nature on the back deck. Trails right off property take you to amazing places. I can't wait to come back again! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here.

Great place!

This place was wonderful! Fully stocked and very comfortable. It snowed quite a bit while we were there and it was perfect for the kids to be able to play in the snow and sled down the little bunny hill. The owner, Patrick, will also send you a list of instructions and info before you arrive. Definitely print this! It was very useful to reference throughout our stay. Location is close to town and the nearest shopping center has a Bashas, Walmart, restaurants, etc. Patrick was also nice enough to call us before we got there to warn of some unexpected road closures due to the weather and saved us a bunch of time, so they are very thoughtful and responsive. Would certainly recommend staying here!

Best of both worlds

We were impressed how the lovely location offered both peaceful solitude as well as easy access to Flagstaff and National Parks. Especially pleased with all the contemporary amenities and how well stocked and maintained everything was. Attractive rustic decor and very comfortable furnishings. Loved the quality window treatments when we wanted to sleep in. We loved relaxing in the sunshine with our dog on the front porch listening to the breeze in the pines. We sipped cocktails in the evening on the back stone patio while grilling our dinner and watching our dog explore the fenced-in yard. The scenery from indoors was almost as good as being outside walking the property. Wonderful place to come home to after day trips. The owner was a pleasure to talk to and helpful suggesting dog friendly restaurants.

Unplugged and Recharged

What a nice get-a-way in the woods. Host is absolutely amazing and the house was just right. Family time allowing all of us that have our face in our phone screens to connect, laugh and just be together. The backyard is relaxing and super safe for our seeing impaired dog. If you need a day or a month this is the place to spend some time. Elk passed through the front and wrapped around to the back area drinking out of troughs. Birds galore to watch and the true caddyshack gopher of all times! This dude has a mansion below ground like no other lucky furry dude! Give this place a 100/100! See you again 10 acres. This will not be our last stay!

Unbelievably Wonderful Stay

The property itself was absolutely amazing. Remote feeling, but surprisingly close to Flagstaff. The owners were very detailed in their instructions for arrival and departure - instructions were accurate and easy to follow. There was ample space for my Family of 5. They take pets and give special instructions for those that bring them. Very cozy without being small. Kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and we used all the appliances. Everything was very clean and well cared for. We have AT&T and had some signal, but the WiFi and internet worked flawlessly (for those that need connection). The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing and very clean. If you are looking to spend time outdoors they have good instructions on what property is private and where to go to enjoy nature. I can't say enough good things about our stay. From start to finish it was relaxing. The owners even had a small Christmas Tree in the cabin to greet us. I highly recommend this property and hope to book it again in the future!

My wife and I are originally from Chicago and moved to Arizona in 2007. We live in the Phoenix area. We bought this ranch to escape the heat of Phoenix's summers. After buying the property in the fall of 2014 we also realized we love coming up in the Winter as well. We didn't realize after leaving Chicago how much we love the change of seasons - and snow!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it. It is about as private as you can get. There are no close neighbors. Sitting around the fire and watching the wildlife has been a real treat for us.
