Skaneateles Lake- 4br/2ba Perfect for Friends and Family

This exceptional and recently built lakeside home is available for bookings on the east side of Skaneateles Lake, approximately 5.5 miles from the village. The property is a four bedroom, two bath, walk out lower-level home. Two bedrooms and a bathroom along with a living space are located on each floor. The kitchen is gorgeous with new appliances and is equipped to feed friends and family after an enjoyable day on the lake. Access to the main floor balcony or lower-level patio allows for immediate enjoyment of lakeside outdoor spaces. The lake frontage consists of over 70ft, has a deck overlooking the dock and a swim platform. There is also a mooring ball for guest use and space for a boat trailer by the driveway. Cove House has it all! Exceptional owners, multiple outdoor spaces, private lake access on the best lake in the Finger Lakes region.

Everything stood out! The host was amazing; called, answered all our questions, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The new house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The lake view was stunning, and the quiet, private road made it so peaceful. Truly an awesome place; we can’t recommend it enough!
