If you are looking for a property that sleeps several people, this is a good place that is fairly new and centrally located between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. Where this property falls short is the lack of a patio and patio furniture so you can hang out outside, adequate furnishings inside, and some very cheap fixtures inside. We experienced toilet paper holders that fell apart, plastic vent covers that were broken, and some window crank levers that were broken. On the positive side, the property manager, John, was responsive when we called him for a replacement coffee pot and asked if the lawn could be mowed as several thistles were almost 2 feet high. For the sake of future renters, this home would be nice if some love and care would go into the furnishings, bedding, some thought into a patio with outdoor furniture, etc. Would I rent this again? Only if the above issues were taken care of.

We really enjoyed the fact that we rented two houses that were side by side, and the rear entrances ended up being right next to each other. The house were large and spacious. Plenty of bedrooms. Reached out to the property manager on a couple different occasions and he instantly responded. We had just a couple things that we ran into that needed attention, and the property owner was very responsive to the suggestions that we offered. We chose this location as we were on an annual wine excursion. There were 13 of us that stayed at the houses and it fit us perfectly. Plenty of parking space. Actually wish that we had more time to spend up in the area so that we could have enjoyed the houses longer. It was a nice starting point for all of us as we were traveling through the Saint Catherine's and Niagara on the Lake Region.

A lot of bedrooms made these 2 homes perfect for our stay. The outside landscaping at this and other properties in the neighborhood left a little to be desired. The cleaning crew was still there when we tried to check in after our check in time. In general, this was a good location, with a lot of bedrooms which worked well for us.

Good space, easy access to both units, great for a large group. Location was also good. In a neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to the falls and Niagara on the lake. Cons: our place was not very clean when we arrived. Several surfaces needed vacuum or sanitized/wiped. Dishwasher was clogged and a tub drain was clogged. Grills were a mess and one was out of gas. Yard had trash and cardboard, shingles in alley walkway. Kitchen was not well equipped with glasses or utensils, no steak knives. The host had clearly not assessed/monitored this property in a while.
