Inside, the space is cozy, inviting, and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Sofa in the living room fold out to provide two additional sleeping spaces.

Guests have full access to the tiny home and the side garden with the pergola. Please note: There is no access to the main house or the main backyard.

Early Arrivals & Late Check-Outs:

• 2–3 hours: $200

House Guidelines
• Pets: Not permitted
• Access: Main house and backyard are off-limits
• Age: Primary guest must be 21+
• Food & Drinks: No food or drinks in bed (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees may apply
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside or outside; $500 fine for violations
• Trash: Please dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure
• Damages: Report within 24 hours of occurrence or upon arrival
• Dishes: Wash dishes and run dishwasher before leaving
• Windows: Keep closed for security
• Laundry: Do not overload; clean dryer lint trap
• Storage Closet: Keep closed and locked
• Leftover Items: Guests may use at their discretion; freshness not guaranteed
• Furniture: Do not rearrange
• Parties/Events: Not permitted; violations = eviction + fees
• Guests: Only registered guests permitted; extra guests require approval and $500/person fee
• Illegal Activities: Strictly prohibited
• Quiet Hours: 24/7; please respect neighbors
