The condo is very nice as we have stayed in this one before. Very clean and the view of the beach is breathtaking. We had issues with VRBO charging unforeseen additional charges along with the resort at check in but part of it was reimbursed. I will not go through VRBO again but would definitely choose this condo through the resort itself.

Overall our stay was fine, it accommodated our group of 6 adults and 3 kids nicely. However the pictures provided in the VRBO listing did not match our unit. We thought we were going to be on the 6th or 7th floor and were on the 16th. Again, no big deal, just no details about what we were going to be getting. The televisions were all dated smart tv’s that didn’t have the apps we needed to catch college football games on Saturday. I ended up going out to purchase a Roku stick to easily access the television apps we needed. We only had one garbage bag provided. The shower in the master bathroom was mediocre water pressure at best and didn’t have anything more than luke warm water in the morning. The other guests said their showers were fine. The property owner did not mention anything about construction on the property towers, we were informed by the North Villa resort via email about a week prior our stay to let us know there would be construction on the towers. So just a lot of lack of communication and lack of information on the unit. Overall it was fine, just nothing outstanding like other VRBO or rentals we’ve had from other companies.

We were made aware of the construction later than we would have liked, and we have since updated all of our listings with the construction information so future guests have greater transparency when making their reservations. We also appreciate your comments about the unit photos, floor location, televisions, garbage bags, and the master bathroom. We understand how having more specific information about the exact unit and its amenities can help guests know what to expect before arrival. Your feedback is helpful as we continue to improve both the guest experience and our listings. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience.
