Set at the end of a quiet road beside 6,800 acres of Hi-Tor State Park, this secluded five-acre Finger Lakes property offers privacy, space, and easy access to Naples, Canandaigua Lake, wineries, hiking trails, and waterfalls.

Sleeping up to 22 guests, the spacious home features rustic wood accents, stained-glass windows, an open kitchen and living area, a game room, a hot tub, and a finished barn room used as a yoga studio. Large gathering spaces make it easy for families and groups to relax, dine, and spend time together.

Outside, explore open lawns, fields, flower gardens, and apple trees while taking in views of the surrounding wildlife. The spring-fed pond is stocked with trout for catch-and-release fishing and is also available for swimming. A covered pondside deck with Adirondack chairs and a nearby campfire area provide additional places to unwind.

The gas grill includes propane tanks, but propane is not supplied or monitored. Guests are responsible for refilling the tank when needed and cleaning the grill after use. The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. Hunting and access beyond the designated open lawn and field areas are strictly prohibited; please review the listing photos for property boundaries. Some furnishings may differ from the photos due to ongoing updates.

Beautiful property and house. Everything was so clean upon arrival. My group of 18 people had such a wonderful stay. The hot tub was great - it really gets up to high temperatures. The Pilates studio was a really nice amenity that my group made good use of. The provided yoga mats, blocks, and resistance bands are a nice touch. The kitchen provided any utensils needed for cooking. I can’t pick a favorite room in this house - they’re all very well laid out and decorated. The views are stunning, I feel so refreshed from this trip!

Large, comfortable, Great showers!

Home was large and comfortable. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Enjoyed using the giant dining table for meals and crafts. Kitchen had basically everything we needed to cook a few meals. It was nice to have coffee provided. The master bath shower was a whole experience and I think everyone used it at least once! The space could be improved if the wood stove was usable for guests. Also lacks some other cosy elements like lamps,throw blankets, books, puzzles -the loft would make a great little reading area or place to do puzzles with more furniture. Overall a great space for a big group. We very comfortably had 14 adults stay. Would love to come back in the fall to enjoy those views!

The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. Advance notice will be provided. Please wait 30 minutes after service before using the hot tub to allow the chemicals to circulate properly.
