Dominic was a gracious host, and his property is excellent. Lots of room in the house, and the yard and dock provide more than ample space for swimming, fishing, and playing. We had a great time!

Spacious home that is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen. There was plenty to do despite a rainy weekend with the covered porch, game room and multiple indoor cozy gathering spaces.

This place is amazing. So cozy but with plenty of room for a big group. The host was extremely communicative and took care of everything we needed. The pictures don’t do it justice…this place is beautiful!! Would highly recommend!

This house and property are the best value in this region! Plenty of space for families and kids. Lots of extra sports equipment. The host was spectacular throughout the experience, from being very responsive, and amenable to last minute changes. We're staying here again next year!

Beautiful well-maintained house on a plot of land fronting an inlet of a man-made lake. The house provides a couple of ways to enjoy the water -- kayaks and a nice diving platform; the water was very good for swimming. There was plenty of room and excellent appliances in the kitchen for preparing meals for a large group. The main dining table only seats 10, but there are other places to sit, both in the kitchen and on the deck. The big pool at the community center is almost within walking distance. Trips into town for shopping and restaurants are easy and quick. We had a wonderful time! But one must remember that HOA rules do not allow use of large boats by short-term renters.

We really enjoyed our stay. For a large group such as ours, having more towels and wash cloths would be good. Labeling the cupboards in the kitchen would help locate kitchen supplies quickly. Hot pads would be nice. Tissues would be nice too.Maintenance issue: the upstairs toilet is not fastened properly to the floor.We mention these things not as criticisms but to help you continue to provide top notch service.We really appreciated your communication and flexibility. Having a little bit of extra time at the place was greatly appreciated.Thanks again and we wish you good success.
