NEW Ultra-Luxury 4 bedroom Boston Designer Brownstone

**NEW** Experience one of Boston’s most exclusive private homes. Rarely available, this sunny 4BR/3.5BA luxury brownstone is in the South End/Back Bay. Set in a fully restored 1830s Victorian and designed by a top Boston designer, it features a chef’s kitchen, grand master suite, spa-like baths, designer furnishings, and a serene private patio. Walk the cobble stones of south end, Newbury st, Public Garden, and Copley Square. Only 3 min walk to Back Bay Station for easy train access.

The space
Welcome to our stunning 4BR, 3.5BA brownstone on a quiet, tree-lined street in Boston’s South End—just one block from Back Bay. This rarely available home was designed as a pampering family residence. Featured in lifestyle publications, acclaimed designer Dalia, thoughtfully designed and curated every detail of this four-story 1830s Victorian home blending timeless Boston charm with modern sophistication. Since work travel takes us out of Boston for weeks at a time, we open our home to visitors.

Spanning four beautifully furnished levels, the home includes:

Main Floor: Formal living room, open-concept dining space, and a Downsview chef’s kitchen with Gaggenau/Thermador appliances, gas cooktop, espresso machine and a dining table that expands to seat six.

Second Floor: Full-floor master suite with a king bed (firm luxury mattress), walk-in closet, and spa-inspired en-suite bath with soaking tub, glass enclosed shower, double vanities, and bidet. A laundry room with high-end appliances is also located here.

Top Floor: Two queen bedrooms with premium firm mattresses and a shared bath with a tub/shower combo.

Garden Level: Private guest suite with queen Casper mattress and full bath, family room with foldout sofa, HD smart TV, games, kitchenette, and a secondary dining area. Walk out to a private patio oasis with designer lounge seating, dining table, and BBQ grill—perfect for al fresco mornings or evening wine under the lights.

Throughout the home, enjoy custom millwork, curated décor, spa toiletries, and hotel-quality linens and toiletries. It's ideal for families with older children, business travelers, couples, or anyone looking to experience Boston in elevated comfort.

We were in Boston for the Marathon weekend. The property was in a great location for our needs. Close to the finish line, restaurants, historic sites and shopping. The home was very clean and well stocked. The beds were a little too hard for my liking, but that’s just my opinion. Communication with the host was very good and response was very quick. Thanks for letting us use your home.
