Wonderful place to stay. Pool was nice and very well maintained. Swimming with the manatees was a great experience. It's a must do while you are in the Crystal River area. We actually did it in Homosassa, just 15 minutes down the road.Monkey Island is a great thing to show the kids while your out on the boat.Great family get together

Nice, clean, large home. Huge kitchen with all of the amenities. Our entire family enjoyed their own spaces. The grandkids loved having their own room (with bunkbeds) as well as the swimming pool!

Beautiful location on the water with two docks and a large screened in pool. The house is stocked with a variety of kitchen items and supplies. The beds were comfortable. There is so much room in the house and the outside apartment is nice as well!

We booked this for our 2026 Summer vacation and it exceeded all expectations. The view was amazing! The house is very spacious and includes everything that you could possibly need. The kids had a blast in the pool, kayaking and fishing off the dock. Would definately book again.

Very nice remodel with loads of room for folks of all ages. We really enjoyed the central location and the pool and the kayaks. Lots of fun for everyone. We appreciated all the thoughtful little touches from the hosts too like labels on cabinets to make finding things easier and lots of towels. Much appreciated.

We went on a family vacation so my mom & aunt could spend time together, the house was amazing the kids enjoyed the pool & both docks, the spring also wasn't to far, where they caught some fish. Surprisingly the house had a lot of stuff to use that we usually have to bring, we really enjoyed are stay overall. I would highly recommend this house if you have a family vacation.

We loved everything about this house; the view was amazing. The house was so well stocked with everything you need, soooo clean! The only little thing is the pool could have been a little cleaner but not an issue. We have rented it for next year. Thank you for such a great place for our family to vacation.

The house is amazing! Located on the river where we saw dolphins, manatees, alligators and even a shark. Pool is great. House has everything you need. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone I know coming to Florida.
