very clean house, the neighbors are quiet and i assume friendly (didn’t see them for the 3 days we were there) there were tons of accommodations including but not limited to feminine hygiene products, shower essentials, soap, water, cleaning products, etcthe host was very accommodating and even shipped me the prescription glasses i left at the house! plenty of room for the dog and teenage son to run around and have some privacy

Pet friendly and clean. This is a great location out of town but still convenient to all Hot Springs has to offer. That said, the duplex is very dark with little to no natural light. The two windows are up high on the wall and can’t be looked out through. It’s not our style, I’m sure others will enjoy it.

Communication was wonderful! We were a little disappointed in the house. We didn't realize it was a duplex. One side is a b&b and the other side is renters. Overall it was okay but the renters do have dogs and they bark a lot throughout the night. The b&b guests that were there before us must have smoked in the house because for the first 2 days it smelled like marijuana something awful. The owner apologized and I know they cannot control what others do but goodness it was not enjoyable. The kiddos wanted to leave. The location is Great! In between all the must sees!
