Vanilla Dream offers a cozy, clean, & private 1 bedroom retreat complete with its own full bath & living area within the storied Brenham House. This charming home stands on the historic site of Brenham’s first German Lutheran Church, with original elements like the front steps & concrete foundation still preserved from the church that once stood there. Though the church was lost around 1900, The Brenham House rose in its place circa 1920. Walking distance to downtown with dining, shopping, live music, and happy hours. Wineries nearby. Charming, comfy, and clean. The Brenham House, come be a part of history. :45 College Station, :25 Round Top, :28 to Navasota, :14 Kenny Store, 1 hour Downtown Houston, 1:40 Downtown Austin.

Our host was so kind and communicative!! She even gave us Blue Bell ice cream to enjoy! The Vanilla Dream Suite is so close to anything you’d want to do in Brenham — the perfect place for your stay!

This was perfect for what we needed on our trip. We wanted somewhere to have a great night’s rest after spending 12 hours at Round Top each day. Downtown Brenham is a couple of blocks away with great food and bars to enjoy. This suite is intimate but there is a lovely backyard if you are wanting to spread out more. The host, Michelle, was very responsive and you can tell they are thoughtful and want you to enjoy your stay. Our only hiccup was when we entered the code to enter the suite. We mistakenly thought we needed to use the thumb pad and then enter the code but quickly figured it out. Would recommend for sure.

The best, most amazing host you will ever experience. Welcoming, in touch and attentive at all stages of our stay. Quiet, comfortable and cozy place, in a great location near downtown Brenham.
