Nice, safe downtown apartment for anyone staying downtown St. Louis. Within walking distance of many attractions and tourist sites. Host was great and communicated well. We would stay again!

Host was easy to communicate with! She also was patient with me explaining where to park and how to get in, multiple times! Loft is gorgeous and spacious and in a great part of Wash Ave!

A fun , St. Louis-themed urban decor with high ceilings, exposed brick and wooden beams set the scene for fun sisters’ trip to St. Louis.Both bedrooms as well as the contiguous dining, living and kitchen areas as well as 2 bathrooms with showers were all very clean and tidy.Parking was secure, with a gated fence with fob key control, and an entrance with passcode was within the fence as well.An additional entrance with ramp access and also locked with passcode was convenient for walker and wheelchair use, leads to a small lobby with elevator.Our loft, literally across the hall from the elevator, had yet another passcode. Very secure.i would recommend any walking in the area be done in daylight.We walked to Rosalinda’s Mexican Restaurant around the corner and down a block. Delicious food, moderately priced. Our host Linda communicated in a timely, appropriate and thoughtful manner, checking with us on a daily basis to assure all was well. Kitchen was supplied well, including Starbucks and McDonalds coffee pods, creamer, half and half, sugar and pink and yellow artificial sweeteners. We brought groceries but forgot oil, so we were thankful to have some available there, as well as salt, pepper and maple syrup. In addition to the Keurig, Linda provided a drip coffee maker with filters but we didn’t need them.Shower soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid and dishwasher pods provided.Master bedroom with king was spacious, with walk-in closet.Smaller bedroom:no closet,detached BR

The location was perfect for our yearly visit to St.Louis. We normally stay @ a hotel in the area but decided to try this. It was worth it! We were at a prime location for a great price. The loft was secure, modern and clean. The hosts immediately returned correspondence with any answers to any questions we had. They were gracious and friendly and never made us feel like we were bothering them. We will definitely do this again instead of a hotel.
