It's the perfect spot for solo travelers or couples looking for a comfortable retreat. Whether you're here for a quick weekend getaway or an extended stay, our place is sure to keep you comfortable.
The studio has a private entrance via the courtyard. It is attached to the main house only through a weather-sealed and soundproofed door with a deadbolted exterior lock, providing total privacy.
Minutes away from the baseball and basketball stadiums, museums, cultural attractions, St. Joseph's Hospital, and Barrow Neurological Institute. A 1/2 block walk to the Encanto/Central Ave. light rail station for easy access from the airport. The perfect location for parents to visit students at Grand Canyon University and Arizona State University. Located on a quiet, pretty, palm-tree-lined street with Tudors, Bungalows, and Spanish Colonials. The studio is located at our personal residence.

I had a great stay at this quaint Casita. The studio is very cute, cozy and very clean. I would definitely stay there again, the owners were very friendly. I felt like it was reasonably priced for the accommodations. It would be a good place to stay for a couple of nights or an extended stay.
