Beautiful vintage home in the heart of Valdosta. Centrally located to all Valdosta attractions. We feature a fenced backyard for children and or pets to run and play safely. All modern amenities are contained inside the property, and we offer a cozy relaxing stay. Property is equipped with Wi-Fi, Television, charging stations on the bedside tables along with hangers in the closet and iron and ironing board. The kitchen offers a coffee maker with coffee, cream and sugar. Relax in this quiet community with nice walking areas around the streets and tour the university all walking distance from the property, 2 Bedrooms featuring queen bed and a full bathroom complete with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The bath is fully stocked with bath towels hand towels and washcloths, with additional towels if needed. Kitchen fully stocked with utensils to prepare meals: pots, pans, toaster, blender microwave and countertop ice maker. Washer and dryer are present in the property, and we provide a starter washing pod and dryer sheets for short stays. Additional linens are available in the bedroom closets if needed. Dining area with room for 4 is contained inside the property for those special vacation meals. Come relax and enjoy in this vintage throwback to yesteryear.

Pets are allowed with payment of the $50 pet fee. Entering the property with unauthorized pets will result in a $250 pet fine
Parties are not allowed if persons more than the number on the reservation enter the property the owner will assume a party is taking place. $500 fine
Smoking inside the property will result in a $500 fine.
