About this property

Large Lakefront Home - sleeps 13+

You will just love this wonderfully spacious, Lake Winnisquam Contemporary Cape with breathtaking lake views and spectacular sunrises! What better way to greet the morning than sipping coffee on the deck overlooking the lake while listening to the occasional loon from the nearby Loon Sanctuary. Lakefront amenities include 75' of water frontage, perched sandy beach and 40' private dock (new dock installed 2023). Excellent for large families and groups. Open concept main floor and bright kitchen, large dining area and vaulted living room with a wall of windows and door opening onto the wrap around deck (new deck installed 2023) capturing the gorgeous lake views! Main floor Master (King bed) with views and master bathroom. Also on the main floor is another full bath. Upstairs offers three more bedrooms (King, Queen, and room with 2 full beds and a twin with an extra twin mattress available to use elsewhere in house), a full bath, and loft area. The walk out lower level features a rec/family room with pool table, sliders to patio overlooking yard and lake and the 5th bedroom (Queen) with lake views. New washer and dryer (2021) in basement. King mattresses are brand new, May of 2025. All other mattresses replaced in 2021.
Plenty of parking and A/C for the occasional hot/humid weather. This home sleeps 13+.
Dog fee is $200/stay, 2 dogs max.
The dock is taken out of the water around mid October. If your booking is in the fall, please ask if it is available. The lake is drawn down bi-annually on even numbered years (i.e 2024, 2026 etc.) Dock access after draw down can be questionable. If you bring your own boat, the public boat launch is located on Water Street, Laconia. Two ramps, a floating dock – handicap accessible.
Summer rentals for 2026 will be Friday check-in/out.

Very nice for my siblings, their spouses, my 97 year old mother and my husband and me. The house is well laid out making for easy visiting with everyone. The location on the lake is gorgeous. It was a great couple of days to remember our dad.

Worked very well for family. The kids age 5 and 9 loved the small beach and water access. The dock was handy for kayaks and a canoe. Plenty of cooking equipment for our meals.

Peaceful Stay in NH!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful lakefront home. This property was exactly as described. We enjoyed the lake view from the large windows, the porch, and the backyard. Check in was through a coded door lock. Kitchen was large and had a good flow for meal prep, clean up. Wi-Fi worked very well. Outdoor area was beautiful and had multiple tiered levels that included a wrap around deck, fire pit on the grass with chairs around it, a sandy area for the baby to play in and stairs to the water. Dock too!

Perfect location for family gathering

This home was exactly what we wanted for our early Thankgiving dinner. Central location for family from Mass & NH to spend the weekend together. Beautiful area - wonderful lake view from the deck. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner and there was more than enough space for all! We are already planning next year's dinner!!

Perfect for our family reunion

A wonderful property with a great layout. Perfectly accommodated our family, grandmother, and dog. Close to many things so you don’t feel stuck, and has all the amenities you need for a perfect lake retreat.

Our family recently purchased this wonderful vacation house. We were former renters and rented this place for 5 years in a row. We have had some great memories here and were so happy to be able to purchase this property and allowing others to rent it as well.

This property is spacious and has plenty of room for large families. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, the marina and the Tilton outlets.

What makes this property unique

New - now have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds. We will allow up to two dogs for an extra $100 per pet per week or $15/night with prior approval from owners.
