The upside to this home was the wonderful view, large pool and pool deck, the lovely walkout to the beach with built in benches perfect for the shells we foundThe downside- this home is not worth the price based on the amount of repairs needed: major dip in the bottom bedroom floor, shower floor dip, broken pool chairs, rusted pool deck doors, sassy/condescending communication, WiFi not working, scratched up and old pots and pans. Would stay here again if the price was reduced or repairs were made.

We rent a lot of different homes, and this is one of the few we'd stay in again!!Our favorite parts:1. Private pool with heated hot tub2. Oceanfront views and insanely easy access3. Lots of outdoor space 4. AC worked well in crazy heat5. An outdoor shower was a nice surprise
