This home was exactly as advertised and was very warm and welcoming. It had great space for our large extended family and had everything we needed for family meals and gathering spaces. The host was highly responsive and communicative.

Thanks, Heather! We love to hear that you and your family had a great time! We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review!
The house was perfect for our large group. We had so much space. Aimee the host was so pleasant to work with. She reached out in advance to answer any questions. She was available by text for any questions we had. The driveway was a bit steep and snowy so you definitely want to have 4WD in the winter. We had the best time and would definitely stay here again.
The house had plenty of room for our group of 12. The driveway is very steep. There is upper parking and lower parking. The house layout is not what we expected (no big deal at all but it wasn’t listed anywhere to let us know this). When you walk into the main living/upstairs, 2 bedrooms are together and sharing a bathroom (like you walk through 1 bedroom with a king bed to get to the other bedroom that has a king and 2 sets of bunks, and the bathroom is shared between them. So no private entrance to the bedroom that has a king and 2 bunks). There is also 1 master, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom in the hallway on this level. The hot tub is located on this upper level deck. Downstairs is where you will find the bar area with a sectional sofa, 1 master and 1 bathroom. You can enter the house downstairs from the master bedroom door that opens to a small deck. The house is about 10-15 minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort and to downtown. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and extra toiletries. Would definitely recommend for a large group!
