Welcome to Broken Top Escape, a premier townhome set on one of the most breathtaking golf courses in Central Oregon! Double suites with adequate separation comfortably sleep up to 4 adults in a beautiful, clean, and traditionally decorated home. Two deck spaces lend gorgeous views of the greenery with plenty of space to enjoy the hot tub, outdoor seating, and BBQ. Moments from the center of town where the action is: breweries, festivals, eateries, river activities, and concerts.
- 2.8 miles to Downtown Bend
- 2 miles to Deschutes River and trail system
- 2.2 miles to Hayden Homes Amphitheater and Shops at Old Mill
- 20 miles to Mt. Bachelor for snow and mountain biking activities
- 27 minutes from RDM airport

Accommodations:
- Bedroom 1: King bed with private ensuite bathroom (walk in shower) on second floor with private deck and TV (Roku for local channels and apps). All linens for bed and bath are provided.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with large ensuite bathroom (tub/shower) on first floor with access to main deck. All linens for bed and bath are provided.

Living Areas/Kitchen
- Fully stocked kitchen with serveware, cutlery, small appliances, range, dishwasher, microwave, and large refrigerator. Helpful items like salt & pepper, oil, and coffee are stocked at the home.
- Large open-concept living room with comfortable seating for 5 with Roku TV to be able to watch live TV and log in to your apps like Netflix or Hulu.
- Three dining areas: large kitchen island with seating for 3, dining table with seating up to 4, and outdoor dining table with seating for 6.
- Laundry: full laundry room with washer and dryer complimentary for guest use. Detergent is provided.

Outdoor
- Large deck space with a professionally cleaned and maintained hot tub that seats up to 4, multiple seating options for 6+ guests, and a BBQ (propane provided) to make evenings on the patio magical
- Second level deck has breathtaking views of nature and the course; private access from the king bedroom

Parking/Entry: This community is private and only accessible via guard gated entry. Guests may request a pass to use during their stay. Parking is available in front of the townhome with one private and covered spot labeled for villa #6, or among any of the open parking spots that are uncovered.

Pets: We do not allow pets at this property.

Good to Know: Guests DO NOT have access to the amenities (golf, restaurant, courts, gym, pool) at Broken Top Club unless they are a member or guest of a member. However, guests may enjoy the many beautiful walking trails along the resort and the playgrounds for little ones.

Completion of a Rental Agreement, including guest verification, is required for all bookings before check-in instructions are released.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was extremely clean and well organized. Not many rentals have quality cookware, but this unit had great pans and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were fully stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which we really appreciated. Communication with Meg was excellent she responded quickly to all of my messages. Overall, this place is amazing, and I would absolutely book with Meg again.

We give this unit 5 stars. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms at a price we would expect to pay for something smaller. A private open deck and hot tub were a huge bonus. This rental is safe, secure, and quiet within a gated community (another bonus), access was very simple. Convenient location to Mt. Bachelor and what Bend has to offer. The owners provided great communication and made it an easy process to book, check-in, and check-out. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in bend, don't hesitate just book it.

This truly is a relaxing gem on the green. The home is lovely. It is clean, very well equipped and maintained, comfortable and tastefully decorated. It almost seems new. The double suite set up is perfect. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. Their care and attention to detail are very evident. The location is great—a few minutes drive to downtown Bend and quick access to the Cascade Lakes Hwy to Mt. Bachelor. Perfect place to stay for a ski trip!
