Hi there, great to meet you. My name is Lisa, I love my hubby Cliff and our family. We enjoy traveling (mainly by car, as l'm not a fan of air travel lol a fear of mine).

I really enjoy nature walks, trails, hiking, and singing karaoke. Four Mile Cove is highly recommended for a nice walk nearby the apartment. I'm definitely a girly girl, I love doing my skincare, hair, nails - all the things.

The unit is in the Hancock / Southeast Cape Coral area — quiet, residential, with a suburban feel but still close to central conveniences.

Streets nearby are mostly calm and local — ideal for walking pets, short bike rides, or morning coffee strolls. Minimal through-traffic.

Proximity to essentials: Just minutes away are grocery stores, restaurants, shopping plazas, and Cape Coral Hospital. All the everyday stuff you need is close by. 

What makes this property unique

High ceilings, simple floor plan, and great light - makes this condo a pleasure to live in.

If we didn’t need more space (our babies have gotten bigger) my Husband and I would stay right here.
