Excellent! This was the best VRBO I’ve ever rented. The highlights:Beautiful living spaces Large bedrooms Bathrooms fully equipped (this is a small detail often overlooked by hosts-but so appreciates by guests! Fenced in backyard Walkable neighborhoodClose to NODA and Plaza Midwood where I would recommend the following restaurants: Breakfast - Jack’s Beagle Pizza - Emmy Squared Mexican - Cabo Fish TacoDon’t hesitate to rent this place if you are visiting the Charlotte area! The best rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The host was so thoughtful throughout the whole house with the smallest details which people usually over look. Great for family gatherings or if you need to unwind. Close to everything near the city if you’re looking to explore or go out. Easily 5 stars across the board. This is what a rental property is supposed to look like nothing less.

The property was very nice BUT I made the reservation to accommodate 9 people and from day one I felt almost harassed about how many guess would be in the house. I replied at least 5 times there would only be 9 guests and they still felt the need to advise 12 max on 2 different occasions. I even advised of my plans/agenda. I was worried the whole time we would be interrupted for them to verify how many would be present. I would not recommend for a large family.
