I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said... The property is fabulous and the location could not be any better, especially for the price. No, the property isn't high end or brand new, but it was very clean, cute, and comfortable. We were there in mid October and there was no one else in the building the entire time we were there. It was kind of bizarre as many of the other properties weren't occupied at the time, but it was also awesome as it was very quiet. The beach right out the front door is wonderful. If you want, you can walk out onto the beach by the condo, head towards the left and just keep walking until you reach the public beach (Balneario la Monserrate is first), then Luquillo Beach and the kiosks. We had awful weather while we were there (it rained almost non stop for 3 days), but we just walked on the beach in the rain =) The condo is stocked with everything a person could need: umbrella and chairs for the beach, sand toys, boogie boards, beach towels, a hair dryer, and all the dishes and cooking stuff a person could possibly need (I'm not big on cooking at home, let alone on vacation, but there was certainly a ton of stuff in the kitchen).
One of my favorite parts of the condo was nighttime because the coqui frogs were so abundant around the condo and they make a beautiful noise! It honestly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle. Waking up and watching the sunrise off the balcony was beautiful as well. Also, maybe it was the rain or the time of year, but there were some annoying little bugs on the beach that were biting us. I put on bug spray and they didn't bother me after that. We didn't have space in our bag, so there's a mostly full bottle of bug spray in the condo now.
Eric was super responsive and provided tons of information prior to us arriving about the area. Unfortunately, the internet wasn't working while we were there, but Eric did all he could to get it restored and it was an issue with the internet company that it wasn't functioning. There is also a decent selection of DVD's in the living room, which was really great with the rainy days we had.
