Cozy cottage with a View of the Catskills Mountains - Ashokan Reservoir

Extremely clean open living room dining area located between Glenford and Woodstock.The cottage is attached to the main house with its own entrance, garden and private patio. The property has 11 acres with a beautiful view of the Ashokan reservoir and Catskills Mountains range. The area is perfect fo hikingand walk or bike to the Ashokan rail trail. Just a few minutes drive to Woodstoc and close to Saugerties,Kingston and Phoenici. The Belleayre ski center is 25 minutes drive.
This area is well known for its natural beauty.It is a place for hiking,walking, skiing,trout fishing or as simple as to watch the fall foliage. Year around events such as HITS horse show, Woodstock Film Festival, Dutches Fairgrounds Fair ,The Garlic Festival and the Maverick Summer Concert are among them.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather all the used towels and put them in the wicker basket located underneath the bathroom sink.
If the garbage bag is not full, close it tightly and leave it in the trash can. Otherwise, bring the garbage bags to the red shed and put it in the garbage container.
Please turn lights off. Lock the doors and return keys to the lock box or leave it on the dining room table. Summer time turns AC off and Winter time turns heat down to 63.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wow! Just WOW! This is one of the most perfect VRBO properties we've ever experienced! Everything about the Cozy Cottage is high quality from the phenomenal view to the comfortable amenities and the accomodating and gracious hosts, Maria & Joey! We can't say enough about our time spent here and know for certain we will be return as guests! Take my word...you will not be disappointed if you rent this lovely cottage! It exceeded our expectations and can't wait for our next Glenford trip!!!
