Well stocked, clean place. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had one issue that owner fixed as quickly as they could. Since it was off season, not much to do in the area and lots of things were closed.

Check-in was very easy. We were running late and they called us to say they would put the keys in the garage. The one negative was there was no soap in the bathrooms, we used shampoo as body wash. The kitchen was well equipped, but pans were not in the best shape.

Overall, this was great for our weekend stay. Great location, a short drive from main Steamboat. It was a nice condo complex with easy parking and a decent pool. The rooms were a good size and it had a comfortable living area. However, the AC is basically useless. There's a window unit in the dining area that barely works and nothing in the bedrooms. Fortunately, it stayed cool enough so it wasn't much of an issue. My only real complaint is that the duvet covers need replacing, especially in the main bedroom. It was stained, dirty, and torn and I didn't feel comfortable using it. Other than that, the place was clean.

Thanks for the feedback. We will definitely take a look at the AC, I have to admit we have never needed to use it while we have been there, so we are glad you brought it up. We just replaced the bed spreads in the second bedroom. In the master it was due to be replaced this year, so we will expedite that, thanks again and I hope you enjoyed Steamboat!

Great Place!

I've stayed at a couple of places in Steamboat and this was the best. The amenities were great, and we could walk to the main gondola. It was clean, and the owner was very communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo, great area!

Plenty of sleeping space and more than enough bathrooms for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub area were very close and cozy. Right down the street from a very nice market and bus stop on the free transit route. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Very happy with how quick and easy it was to get to the mountain. Free shuttle was great. Also took advantage of the garage, heated pool, and hot tubs. Was very happy with the rooms as well, clean and cozy.

This was an excellent place to stay. The condo was comfortable and well equipped with all the necessities. Great location within easy walking distance to the lifts and several restaurants. They also have a free shuttle if you want to go down town.

Great location

Our family stayed here. Location great, steps away from pool. Kids enjoyed the clubhouse. Even though our truck was too big for the garage, it was nice to have the extra space for our stuff.

Great place near the slopes

Mikes places is a convenient location near the slopes. It is a short walk, not ski in ski out to get to the steamboat gondola. There is a free shuttle to take you onto town which was great since parking is very limited on weekends. The place needed some work like the bunk beds having broken boards, dishwasher not wanting to stay shut, garbage disposal not working, kitchen equipment needing replacement. Would definitely stay here again however.

Quiet family retreat

This is a very quiet, well kept condo. Great for a family. The grounds around the condo are beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool, spa, game room, and fitness center each day. Steamboat Springs is a beautiful area to explore as well. So many sites and things to do in the area it makes for a great vacation!
