You'll love the new flooring, lustrous wood-paneling, and comfortable furniture of the living space. Light up the fireplace here to create a cozy atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and terrific cookware, so you'll have an easy time preparing tonight's home-cooked meal. The dishwasher will take care of the dirty dishes while you serve your guests at the quaint dining table. Afterward, kick back in a comfy Adirondack chair on the private patio off the living room to enjoy a refreshing cocktail while catching up with old friends. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi for plugging in as well as private washer/dryer to refresh and gear up for the next day's adventures.

You'll be located within 200 yards from Christy Sports for Ski and Snowboard rentals. Stampede and Lil' Rodeo for beginners and Headwall North and Vogue for advanced skiers are just a few ski runs away when you head up Steamboat Ski Resort, right across the street. There are great hikes to be had on Yampa River Core Trail, three miles away, and there are even more hiking and mountain biking opportunities at places like Sanctuary Trail and Fetcher Pond.

The condo was great. The check-in service was friendly. The condo was impeccable with comfortable beds and very clean. The location is within walking distance of the gondola of Steamboat spring ski resort and restaurants. The condo has a walk-out door to the pool which was very handy. Access to our private garage made us feel safe. We had a great time.

This condo was clean, well-equipped, and in the perfect location near the ski area, yet minutes from downtown Steamboat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and created great memories!

When The heater is on it makes a loud knocking sound. We could not sleep for the first 3 nights.

Finally after calling and emailing 3 times, a maintenance person came over and trouble shooter the mystery noise.
