Nestled on a quiet street in the neighborhood of Cataumet Hills, in North Falmouth, This charming 2 bedroom home is perfect for a small family, sleeps 6, small group of guests, traveling nurse or executive that can work remotely. Very close to restaurants, markets and amenities. A spacious open kitchen great for cooking meals and an open concept dining area with adjacent living room for relaxing. A short drive to Megansett Beach, New & Old Silver Beachis about a 10 minute drive and is about $30/day parking fee., Cape Cod Rail Trail, downtown Falmouth or Mashpee Commons for great shopping! 15 minute drive to Island Queen passenger Ferry to Martha's Vineyard (Seasonal) or the Village of Woods Hole. This property is new to renting on VRBO. Inquire about special discounts for longer term rental.

This is a wonderful home on the cape. We were lucky enough to be there for a month. Host is very responsive, house has everything you need (outdoor shower is the best) and you’re within 5 min of the cutest mini golf / ice cream / coffee shop / restaurants plaza in the world. Highly recommend if your looking for a quiet home on the cape!
