Long term renting is also available.
Spectacular views of the Pine River channel, Lake Michigan, Round Lake and Lake Charlevoix all from one truly amazing location. Great location opposite the Weathervane to watch the boats parade by all day long. Fantastic sunsets at night. Enjoy walking the Channel, the Pier, Lake Michigan Beach and all the shops and restaurants in downtown Charlevoix. Granite counters, tile floors, new finishes throughout. All from one truly amazing location. One parking space available but plenty of street parking a block away. Guests will have access to the entire unit. Clean, comfortable and totally relaxing. A great place to vacation.

Master bedroom has king bed and 2 dressers. Second bedroom has 3 twins. Living room has a pull out couch and 2 leather couches. Sleeps 6 in beds and 2 more on couches. Ideal number is 4 to 6.

Stunning view!

The views can’t be beat with this location in downtown Charlevoix. You’re right in the midst of everything and within easy walking distance of Lake Michigan. A couple of considerations — Need to be comfortable with stairs as you access the condo via three flights and there’s no elevator, so plan on carrying luggage, but the view is worth it if you’re able. Also there is one parking spot allotted to the condo (or was when we visited) so suggest planning accordingly, especially if you’re in town for an event like Venetian where parking is scarce. Thanks for having us — would definitely rent here again and the communications with the owners was amazing!!!!

Enjoyed the condo and the views. Very roomy and clean. No elevator to the this third floor condo - so being comfortable with stairs is essential.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful penthouse condo.. the views were spectacular, as we enjoyed watching all of the boats traveling the canal during the day, and the stunning sunsets over Lake Michigan each night. We loved the location, so close to downtown, and the Lake MI beach... just amazing spot in the middle of it all! The condo was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated, with every amenity supplied that our family needed for a wonderful week stay in Charlevoix! Thank you again!
