St. Francis and Falls of the Ohio State Park, Louisville Slugger Museum, a trek to the countryside for a day at Huber's Farm and Winery, fine dining in New Albany and Louisville - these are just a few of the MANY fun things to do within 15 minutes of this property! Located a stone's throw from downtown Louisville, you are close to all the attractions of the city while enjoying peaceful, majestic views. Churchill Downs is only an 18 minute drive. Sip morning coffee from the expansive upper deck, take an afternoon lounge by the heated pool and enjoy an evening soak in the spa - your options for relaxation are unlimited! The outdoor kitchen with grill is ready for all your cooking and entertaining desires. There are two outdoor dining sets, a fire table and ample seating areas for everyone to spread out and enjoy the views. The wood burning fire pit is ready for smores and nighttime memory making. Indoors you will find 7 bedrooms that can sleep 14. With over 4300 sq ft. of living space, there is more than enough room to accommodate additional beds if needed. For fitness enthusiasts, there is an exercise room with a max climber, spin bike and free weights. There are two living rooms with smart TVs and a dedicated office space with a desk for checking emails while away.
