Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Leave home in tidy condition. • Dishes should be washed. • Place all trash in outside cans and secure lids. • Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.
• Turn off lights and AC/heating when not in use or when leaving. • During Summer months set AC to 78 before shocking out. • During Winter months set heat to 55 before checking out.
• Lock all doors and windows when you leave. • Do not tamper with or disable smoke detectors or security systems. • Report any damages or issues
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Respect the Neighborhood • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
• Obey posted speed limits in neighborhood (10 MPH) • Do Not Park on roadways
Fire Pit and Outdoor Spaces • Use firewood responsibly • Fully extinguish fires before leaving the area • Follow local fire safety guidelines
