We checked into our house and the 3rd bedroom has two beds in it. The air conditioning split unit was not working, so it was about 85 degrees in this room. It also stunk like a gym sock because the split unit had leaked all over the carpet in the room. The bathroom was covered in water. We couldn’t believe the condition of the room. The owner offered to leave the house for a full refund so with 3 kids under 4 we had to scramble to find a hotel at 8pm. Terrible experience

Thank you for your review. Sorry you had such a bad experience. You did notify the property owner several hours after your check in and after utilizing the facilities. We gave you a full refund even after you left a lot of trash, dirty towels, and moved the furniture around.
