Guest will have access to the entire house and all of its amenities.

This property is equipped with a smart lock, front door Ring doorbell camera, and noise monitor (as required by Fort Lauderdale regulations).

Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This is enforced by the city.

A gentle reminder, there is absolutely no smoking inside the property. No pets or parties are allowed. A minimum fee of $300 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.

BUGS: As a reminder, South Florida is a humid climate year round, which bugs love. We pest control spray our properties on a regular basis to prevent bugs as best possible. However, because of the South Florida climate, we cannot guarantee that bugs won't randomly appear. Please keep doors closed to minimize this.

Parties and Pets are not allowed.

Extra guest fee of $20/guest per night applies from the 5th guest onwards. Base price only covers the first 4 guests.

Excellent in all respects. Clean, well-stocked, comfortable. Location was perfect for us. Less than 10 minutes from the grandfather, and even closer to the greenway where I walked every morning. Jonathan was very responsive to all my questions.

Really enjoyed our stay. Our host, Jonathan, was very friendly and responsive, and most accommodating, particularly when we needed to extend our 3-day stay to 5 on very short notice. The location was perfect, the home was clean and tidy, very well appointed, and tastefully decorated. More than enough space for the three of us - all adults. Beds were perfect. White towels and bed linens were spotless and like new. Chairs on the front porch added charm and the ample backyard was a great place to relax. Unfortunately, time constraints didn’t allow us to get a chance to take advantage of the grill and other outdoor amenities, but hope to on a future stay. My family and I have rented many homes around the US over the years through VRBO and other providers, but in its price range, this Tallahassee home is by far one of the best.
