Good location, great house for traveling with dogs. Has a big back deck and yard. Gregg is a great host and very responsive. We had to evacuate from Navarre, FL for an incoming hurricane, this house was great for our needs. Close to FSU and the capital.

House located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, dining and area attractions. Space was clean and provided everything needed for a small family retreat. Pool and outdoor area were an added amenity enjoyed by all. Gated patio was perfect for small dogs or children. Gregg was an excellent and accommodating host who responded promptly to questions and concerns.

This was a gem of a property! The inside is very comfortable and the outdoor covered deck was perfect for cooking out - even in the rain! The pool was perfectly heated and clean. The location is a quiet neighborhood that is close enough to downtown Tallahassee to be convenient, but far enough out of downtown to unwind and relax. Gregg was super responsive too...we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!

We booked a few months ago for the FSU/Bama game. Booking was easy, communication about property was great. We absolutely would stay here again. Spacious rooms, clean, & a very well maintained property. Too bad we didn’t have enough time to spend by the pool.

Great Stay

We came to town for a college visit. The house was clean and spacious for our family, and it was in a great location, close to everything we needed for a short stay. The owners were flexible with tour needs and very friendly. We would stay here or at other properties with the owner. 10/10.
