With amenities like a hair dryer, iron, AC, and heating, your stay will be enjoyable and stress-free. The 4 bathrooms come equipped with a bathtub and shower for your convenience. Enjoy all that Maricopa has to offer when you stay at our place. Walking distance to golf course and clubhouse in Ranch El Dorado neighborhood, about as close to PHX airport as you get in Maricopa (32 mins). Disclosure: the property has two security cameras outside on the front driveway and front door, second camera overlooks the pool. A/C maximum low temperature usage is 75 degrees on utility, additional fee for lower setting at request.
