We love the groups that gather in the evenings to watch the sunset! We had just what we needed to cook in the condo, but you must bring your own supplies because we had only salt to cook with. Having a washer and dryer is a definite plus. When you travel, you can’t bring everything you want, so washing items is very necessary. Although we don’t use them a lot, the pool and grilling area are very nice also. The grounds are well kept. We love the little coffee shop nearby called Flash. It’s not flashy or a resort, but we love the Alli’i Villas.
This unit is perfectly located. Assigned parking is right nearby, access to the pool and barbecue area is right there.The grounds are very well maintained, and the complex is located close to everything we wanted to see and do.

We are a family of four with two small kids. It was perfect for our family stay. Everything was clean everything functioned nice pool area real close walk to the coast. We enjoyed every minute and the air conditioning was clutch.
Great location. All communication during booking and actual stay was thorough and timely. Condo was comfortable and a walkable distance to stores. Very enjoyable stay.
I have stayed in the Ali'i Village condos before!! I love the location and proximity to beaches and fabulous shopping and restaurants.. The pool is fabulous!! I will come again!!
Images were accurate. Would recommend this property. Excellent location with easy access and parking. We did have some issues with the 'neighbours' noise (fighting) but appeared to be immediately reconciled by the property manager - thank you.

We stayed in the unit and explored Kona. We found the condo as advertised. Liked the lanai in the morning to have our breakfast. We were impressed by the grounds, plants and birds all around. Communication with host was excellent. Received promptly all of the information

This fully accessible 1 bedroom ground floor suite has an open plan kitchen/dining room/living room and a beautiful lanai. No AC but lots of fans and plenty of shade. The pool is wonderful, the shared bbq/picnic area is great, and the viewpoint area is just lovely with benches to sit and watch the waves, sunsets, moonrises and views of Kailua-Kona only a mile north. We just loved our stay here and hope to return.
Leading up to our stay, the communication with the host was extensive and they were also responsive. The property was clean and spacious and had everything you would need to eat in or go to the beach. The A/C in the living area was great, although it got a little stuffy during the day in the bedroom (the fans made sleeping comfortable). The patio was a good space to sit in. The short walk to watch the sunset on the complex grounds each night was excellent. The 2+ km walk into town was ok for us.

we like ground level units, the patio extends into the landscape and makes the area feel much bigger. The patio is blocked from the car areas making it private, has a walkway out to get to the pool area. Landscape crew are always attending the gounds.
The apartment was in a great location! We felt like we were in our home while we were there. The only thing we wish could have been tended to slightly better was the cleanliness of the apartment. We walked in and all of the counters felt slimy or grimy and the toilet had pubic hairs on it. We couldn’t sleep without first ensuring everything was clean. We arrived in the evening and couldn’t wait until the following day to get in touch with the property management company. We went to the store, bought some cleaning supplies, and cleaned the apartment ourselves. Other than that, the experience was very nice.

The blinds in the bedroom did not open and close except by hand.
The washing machine stunk and leaked on the floor.
The floors looked clean but were not.
There were no sheets for the hide a bed.
The bed was ok but not good.
The fans just don't cut the heat especially at night.
There was nothing in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper.
I won't stay there again.
The pool was excrellent and the free parking was nice.
The unit was lovely. Internet connection was spotty, and in the evening the TV was very difficult to use. I had to shut it off between every program to get it to change channels. Sleeping was actually fairly uncomfortable, the bed was great, the bedroom would’ve benefited from an air conditioning split. I really appreciate having a dishwasher. It makes all the difference in the world knowing you have clean dishes and cups. All the furniture was clean and comfortable and laundry in the unit was also a bonus as I will be traveling another three weeks throughout the islands. Because I was here for work I did not have the opportunity to take it vantage of any of the property amenities like the pool.
Overall a clean nice stay. Could have used a fan however.
