–Good to Know– • Pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs! $40/night, maximum $250 per stay. Please let us know upon booking if you plan to bring a dog. • Street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis • All stays over 30 days require a mid-stay clean; longer stays require cleans every 30 days (guest expense)

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Everything was very clean and efficient, hot tub was clean and the property was in a great location. Only wish the blinds we replaced/repaired and that the TV in the bedroom worked. The DVD/vcr player didn’t work,

What I loved about this place most was the location that was walking distance to restaurants but also felt out of the way and quiet. It seemed as if the other properties were unoccupied while we were there so the quiet setting (and ease of street parking) may have been a luck factor.That being said, the place was clean, cute and comfortable. They supplied amazing coffee beans! And the kitchen items has just what we needed. We did not use the grill on the balcony but one is there. The tap water is also delicious. My favorite part was the large balcony to enjoy a coffee on. FYI’s for informed decisions:There is a water pump or maybe the heater that can be noisy when using any of the water features (shower, laundry, sink, etc) but is not that loud from the bedroom. There is not much room for luggage. My husband and I had our suitcases in the very front once you walk in the living room.
