Frank, our amiable host met us despite his tight schedule to show us the house and explain a gew things. The spacious (and verging on opulent) house was in excellent condition, tidy, clean and inviting. It was nicely appointed and well stocked. Even condiments in the fridge along with a bottle of wine and a couple beers. The screened balcony was enjoyed every morning for an el fresco breakfast. We had use of the attached garage which was handy to keep our e-bikes in. The three of us had ample room. The beds were luxuriously comfortable ensuring a great sleep. The ensuite bathroom had a double sink, shower and a large tub built for two. In house washer and dryer was handy. The 80 gallon water heater ensured everyone could use hot water at the same time and not run out. The community at large is meticulously maintained. Manicured lawns, smooth streets and more beautiful homes for miles. At night all the house outside lights come on automatically, making for a welcoming and cozy feel to the community. We had use of the pool and hot tub where we would meet interesting owners and vacationers. In fact, everyone we met on our walks and rides were friendly and engaging. Restautants and service businesses were minutes away and prolific. Lots of choice. The gated community left us feeling totally at ease enabling us to not worry about safety on our vacation. Frank was excellent at communicating and always ready to help out with any info required or needs we had.
