Perfect!

Perfect! Fabulous location, Fabulous view and Fabulous condo. The owners addressed all questions prior to renting and checked on us during our stay .....even provided a "welcome" basket. The flat screen TV was so enjoyed by my husband and I so enjoyed the lovely kitchen supplies/ware. Use of the fitness center was an added treat. Thank you so much.

Great condo with views. Amenities fall short.

Overall fabulous; however, photos misleading. Things we could do there: swim, barbecue on ground level, jacuzzi and biking. No tennis, workout room, fitness classes, golf, eating on site unless I paid over 1,000 more.

Sandy, thank you for your five star review! I was surprised, however, by your comments about the photos being misleading, particularly since you told me that the condo exceeded your expectations. As you are well aware (because we discussed it) some of the photos listed for the condo display the Country Club, and the amenities there are available to any renter that chooses to pay for them through a transfer of our sports membership. I made that clear with you when you declined to apply for membership to the Country Club during your stay. I also gave you the opportunity to rescind your reservation after you declined the country club application. The Gulf Harbour Country Club, to which we have a sports membership, is available to any of our renters at an additional charge. That charge goes to the club, not us. It is their charge, not ours. Unlike other lessors in our community, we give our renters the choice on whether they want to pay that additional fee or not, and as I explained to you, we price our rental accordingly. I am glad I could accommodate your request to check in a day early, which I afforded you at no additional charge and I am very glad you enjoyed your stay. Best Regards, Kelly

Wonderful stay at Gulf Harbour

I would highly recommend staying at Gulf Harbour and in Kelly's beautiful condo. Kelly was very responsive to all inquiries and made the entire process easy. The condo is light, bright and clean with stunning sunset views every night from the lanai. I would also recommend taking advantage of the available sports membership as we enjoyed all of the amenities of Gulf Harbour including tennis, gold and Waterside restaurant overlooking the harbor.
