Great rental property

Really enjoyed our stay. Spacious two bedroom in a nice, quiet community. Location was great. Close to amenities, food, beach etc. communication was prompt and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable condo, good location

The Landings In Ft Myers is a great location if you want to be close enough for just a short trip to the beach, but far enough away for a calmer setting when you are done with the hustle and bustle for the night. The condo is comfortable and spacious. It is well stocked with anything you need including plenty of towels and beach towels, linens, dishes, beach chairs and toys, and a queen sized air mattress that we used for an unexpected guest. We had a few minor concerns that were addressed by the owner immediately. Communications by text and email were quickly answered. We had a great time and would rent from this owner again.

The condo owner is very responsive when setting up the rental and to questions during our stay. The condo is on the second floor and has everything needed to stay. We were amazed how quiet the condo was even with tenants above and in either side. Sitting on the linai listening to the fountain was very relaxing. The condo was clean, the appliances, washer & dryer were in top working condition. Both restaurants on property are within walking distance of the condo. The Wheelhouse is a great spot to watch the sunset at the marina. We also saw manatee and turtles while out for a walk. We would stay here again and also recommend renting this condo to anyone.
