About this property

Secluded Modern Cabin with Bluff Views, Hot Tub, Fire Pit.

A Secluded Modern Cabin in Minnesota’s Driftless Region.

New Construction and now accepting reservations for the 2026 season.

Surrounded by forest and farmland, the cabin is designed for guests who want a peaceful escape without sacrificing modern amenities. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a family retreat, or a glamping-style vacation, this property provides an unforgettable stay.

The Space

Step inside 780 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space. Large windows bring the outdoors in, framing bluff views by day and starlit skies at night. Both bedrooms feature expansive windows for one-of-a-kind stargazing. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you need to prepare meals. The open-concept living area blends modern styling with comfort, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.

Outdoor Living

The cabin’s outdoor spaces are a highlight of the experience. Relax on the 800-square-foot wraparound deck with pergola seating and soft evening lighting. Unwind on the back patio with a 5–6 person hot tub, Breo smokeless fire pit, gas grill, and custom bench seating. Yard games such as cornhole and bocce ball add a touch of fun. Wildlife sightings are common here — deer, foxes, wild turkeys, and more — creating a true “cabin in the woods” atmosphere.

We enjoyed an incredible get-away at this quiet, secluded retreat. The views, fresh air, crackling fire, and natural surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. We home-based at this perfect spot while in the area visiting numerous MN state parks. It was perfect and had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks for sharing this gem with others.

If you love hearing birds, owls, coyotes and seeing deer, you will love your time at this place and their spacious deck and patio that has everything. The firepit and hot tub are nice ammenities to enjoy. I love how all the firewood was there and we had everything we needed. Great accomodations with tons of windows and wonderful views. Secluded and quiet. Perfect sunsets and sunrises to enjoy. We stargazed for three nights. So nice to have no light pollution. I did turn the ambient lighting off on the deck at night for star viewing. Its a simply dial switch under the stairs by the Pergola. Just be careful not to trip in the dark if you turn it off :)- Amazing, had a nice sister trip. Could have stayed on the patio all day and night. I didn't mind the 25 minute drive to Winona for shopping and restaurants. The seclusion was worth it. The Boat House was my favorite restaurant for viewing eagles on the river and the food and drinks were excellent. The antique store by Sugar Bluff hike was huge. It has three stories and apparently a fourth floor I missed. Very fun. Thanks for letting us stay, it was very nice all around.
