Located in the Leucadia neighborhood of Encinitas, this charming 1930s bungalow features 3 queen beds across 3 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms. One bedroom with a view of the backyard canyon and another bedroom on the opposite side of the house off the kitchen area which offers more privacy. The remaining bed is in our "Captains Quarters" which has a fun cabin like feel with porthole windows. There is one full bath with a tub/shower and the other powder bath is off the kitchen. Large driveway with plenty of parking. This is the main front house. There is a rented ADU with owners on property to help make your stay enjoyable. Our unique property is perfect for guests looking for a comfortable stay in a charming bungalow. With an ocean view in the front and a pool and spa in the back with a canyon view, our place is equipped to make your holiday one to remember.
