This spacious 3-bedroom home blends the charm of late-50’s architecture with a warm, rustic feel, keeping much of the original design intact. You’ll love relaxing on the huge deck with breathtaking sunset views over the bay, the perfect backdrop for family time or evening unwinding. Located in the heart of Pacific Beach, our home puts you steps away from the Catamaran Resort, Sail Bay, Fanuel Street Park, Paradise Point Resort, Ski Beach, Mission Beach, Belmont Park, and just a short drive to La Jolla. With plenty of outdoor space and a prime location right on the bay, it’s an ideal spot for families to enjoy the best of San Diego living.

Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) - King Bed - with outdoor access to the back patio.
- Bedroom 2(Upstairs) - King Bed - shared outdoor balcony with room 3
- Bedroom 3 (Upstairs) - Queen Bed - shared outdoor balcony with room 2
- Game Room (Downstairs) - Twin bunkbeds + another twin bed. (3 twin beds total)

One full bathroom downstairs and one full bathroom upstairs.

All 3 bedrooms have amazing water/bay views.

Home Inventory:
- Ready-made beds and one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest
- One Beach Towel per guest
- Kitchen starter kit: hand soap, one sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a roll of paper towels, and trash bags (Note: we do not supply any baggies, tinfoil, etc and have minimum spices.)
- Bathroom: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
- Laundry detergent
- Beach chairs and toys

Property Appearance:
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)
House Rules:
1. Please be respectful of the property and treat it as if it were your own.
2. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home. GOOD NEIGHBOR INFO: We encourage a sense of community and respect for all our neighbors and guests. We are proud that our guests are respectful of the surrounding neighbors.
3. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. Please do not park in parking spaces until 4pm or if host approves sooner.
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We maintain a NO TOLERANCE policy regarding parties, excessive noise, and/or disturbing the neighbors.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach equipment. However, if any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout.
11. No pets allowed.
