The home offers a large living room, TV room, and well-equipped kitchen and grill area. Share your meals around the spacious tables either in or outside! Comfortable, airy bedrooms provide plenty of space for quiet time. Relax on the screened porch with your morning coffee. Play croquet in the huge backyard and enjoy the evening stars by the fire pit. Make yourself at home here in Lakeside, MI!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The garbage and recycle containers are located at the beginning of the driveway. Please put all used dishware in the dishwasher and start it. Leave used beds unmade. Lower the outdoor umbrella.
Return the cards and games to the white cabinet. Leave the beach towels hanging on the outdoor towel rack. Clean the grill if you used it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Chikaming Township requires adherence to its Noise Nuisance Ordinance and Good Neighbor Policy. Copies are in the kitchen for your review.
A beach wagon, cooler, and beach chairs are provided. 4 beach towels are in the hutch on the porch. Please don't bring sandy items into the house.
Use the provided bags to pick up after your dogs. The small coach house @ the back of the property is being renovated and should not be entered.

Beautiful house in a great location just a short walk to the lake! All the charm of an older house - large rooms, high ceilings, beautiful woodwork. We had a group of 10 people for a family reunion and had more than ample space for us all. The yard is beautiful and we enjoyed all of the wildlife that visited. Host was available (although we had no issues!) and check in and out were easy! Absolutely loved the property and hope to visit again!
