Thank you for your review. We appreciate that you evaluated our Treehouse Condo as a "nice place". We are not a hotel. We are a boutique guesthouse with individual condos and townhouses, each with separate private entrances. As described, your interior space is private. We hope you enjoyed lounging on your private treetop balcony as well. As described the pool and grounds are shared. Our property is enclosed by tall privacy fencing and walls with locked doors, only accessible by our guests. Our check-in process requires that all primary guests present their ID's. This is for your protection. We also typically greet our guests personally, show them features of their unit, answer any questions they may have, familiarize guests with the map of our island, amenities and features of the area surrounding our guesthouse. Whether a guest provides a tip or not has always been their personal decision. We enjoyed having you stay with us in our island paradise.

It was a pleasure getting to know you. As hosts, we enjoy greeting all guests personally and providing information about the Inn, its location and the island of Key West. Yes, thank you, we are as advertised, a historical guesthouse in a safe ideal location with free parking. We are dedicated to improving our guests' experience, but we cannot address issues without hearing from our guests in a timely manner through a phone call or a text. We have very nice full size shower and pool towels and we would have been happy to switch out those that were defective. There are no inch worms, however, after your check out, we did find flying insects that can come in through open doors and windows or can hitchhike on guests' clothing. We remedied the issue immediately.

Yes, the Treehouse is as pictured. There is a open concept kitchen and general area. The kitchen has dishes/glasses,a 2 burner stove top pots/pans and teapot, There is a coffee maker with coffee, tea and coffee filters also sweetners and creamer as well. You can expect fresh Florida grapefruits and oranges daily. There are complimentary mini bar snacks in your room. There is a Fridge/Freezer, toaster and microwave. There is a large table with 4 chairs and a daybed designed to be used as a couch that seats 3 people, seating for 6 or 7 in the general area. There are also 2 lounge chairs on the treetop balcony. There are 4 beds and this unit sleeps 6. Your are 3 min. walk to the beach, tennis and pickle ball. There is a restaurant on the beach as well. The walk to Duval St. is less than 10 min. There are bike rentals on the property as well. Keep in mind that this property is in a quite upscale neighborhood by the beach. We are not located on the main drag.
