Each Twin opens to it's own semi-private deck and lounge area with steps into a large kidney shaped pool with waterfall. Inside the comfortable living room there is a spiral staircase to the loft second bedroom with unique glass railing. Large windows in the kitchen bi-fold away to allow serving directly to the pool deck and capture the warm, tropical, Key West breezes. If cooking isn't for you on your vacation, stop by the Banana Cafe Restaurant or one of the many other delicious options steps away on Duval Street. Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable beds. Pool was perfect. Location was great. We had a little issue with being let into the room on time, but nothing that would stop me from booking the room again.

The perfect cottage.

Pete's place was perfect. It was clean, easy to get to, has all the amenities and the pool is a big plus. It is a half a block to Duval, very walkable and friendly town/atmosphere. I highly recommend staying there, I would rent it again!

What a wonderful property! From the pool to the location, everything was lovely. Easy walking and bike riding to everything. And Pete’s Cottage was clean and inviting and had everything we needed. Loved it and will be back!

Incredible Week!

We had a wonderful week in Key West staying at Pete’s Cottages. It’s a great location with an outstanding outdoor space. We loved sitting by the pool in the morning and sitting on the deck at night. Would definitely come back!

Nice little cottage in the heart of Duval street activities

Everything was as advertised and went well. Parking was not offered at the residence and paid parking was a little pricey. We enjoyed the location, could catch sunrise on one end of Duval street then walk to the other end for sunset.

Great place to stay

The property was just as described, it’s quiet (except for a garbage truck that showed up at 4:30 AM) and very convenient, just a few steps to restaurants and Duval Street. The pool was great, clean and warm, Parking is hard to come by but we anticipated that. Check in and check out was super easy. My husband and 2 daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

At the quite end of duval. Peaceful and easy to get places. Parking is limited, recommend renting scooters to get around that.

Fantastic location - duval street is just a few steps away. The pool in the backyard was a bonus. Place had everything we needed. An issue with air conditioning was handled quickly and correctly. Highly recommend this spot!

Perfect place in KW

Checking in with Jan at KW rentals was fast and friendly. The house was very comfortable with all the essentials. The pool was a huge added bonus. The price was very reasonable for KW. Highly recommend.

Been to keys and key west many times. This was a great location , especially for fantasy fest. Pool was a great bonus. No issues , but just an fyi …. My father who is 80 went with us. We gave him the bedroom and we took the loft. I’m 6’0 , 235lbs. The spiral stairs were a bit tricky but I had no problem. Just take your time.

Excellent property

Check-in process was a breeze. House was in immaculate shape, with everything we could possibly need. Proximity to Duval was a plus as there was no need for long hauls in case we wanted ice cream and/or a drink. Beaches were a short 10 minute bike ride. Pool behind cottage was in great shape and provided much needed downtime at the end of every day. Would highly recommend this property if you're ever vacationing in the area and need somewhere nice to stay.

Perfection

We absolutely loved staying here. The location was great right off of Duval but in a quite enough area that we were not kept up all night as we are more day drinkers! The semi private pool was great. The stairs to the upstairs are steep and tight. Best for kids or small adult, larger adult wouldn’t fit. Couldn’t ask for more pool by day restaurants and bars close for evening! We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of the cottage, so convenient to restaurants and shops on Duval and the public beach just a few blocks away. We walked everywhere. Street noise was never a problem at night. The unit was clean and felt renovated. Beds were very comfortable.
