Pete's East Cottage: Cypress east cottage steps from Duval

This property has it all! The styling of the original shot gun homes of Key West restored with a beautiful natural cypress exterior combines with the clean lines of a contemporary home. Each Twin opens to it's own semi-private deck and lounge area with steps into a large kidney shaped pool with waterfall. Inside the comfortable living room there is a spiral staircase to the loft second bedroom with unique glass railing. Large windows in the kitchen bi-fold away to allow serving directly to the pool deck and capture the warm, tropical, Key West breezes. If cooking isn't for you on your vacation, stop by the Banana Cafe Restaurant or one of the many other delicious options steps away on Duval Street. The Twins allow for great flexibility in your vacation planning. Rent this property as a two bedroom/one bath or add the other unit to make it four bedrooms/ two bath.

The kitchen did not have any dish towels or a dish rag we went out and bought are own. The sponge was pathetic and we threw that out and got a new oneParking was a bit tricky often at night needing to park 3-4 blocks away but we were warned about that the thing that we were not warned about was the roosters growing at 2:30 in the morning overall we loved the place and especially the pool. We felt like we had a private oasis.

Amazing little get away!

This spot was perfect! It’s in a great location easy to walk to everything with great food and shops around. Super easy to check in and check out. The property looks just like the photos and was perfect for our week stay.

Great location! Very quite yet just steps from Duval. Pool was clean and the auto waterfall and night lighting in the pool made it easy to enjoy. Plenty of towels and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Rental company helped us out by storing our luggage after check out since we had a late flight out. Very easy to work with!

Very clean, plenty of towels. Everything wS exactly as described. Location is 15 feet from Duval (the quiet end) and two great breakfast places 20 feet away. The beach is a 7 minute walk. We flew out later in the say and were able to leave our bags at the office two blocks away.

The perfect cottage.

Pete's place was perfect. It was clean, easy to get to, has all the amenities and the pool is a big plus. It is a half a block to Duval, very walkable and friendly town/atmosphere. I highly recommend staying there, I would rent it again!
