Home was clean, well maintained and appointed (met all of our needs). The master suite upstairs provided ample room for our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter to spread out and make themselves comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a real bonus - loved evenings up there. The close proximity to the beach is amazing! There are MANY items provided to make a short walk to the beach for a day full of fun possible! We also enjoyed the walk down the boardwalk to the pier and shops.Highly recommend!

Loved everything about this place! The best spot in Newport Beach we’ve rented thus far!! Great location - great amenities - well appointed and maintained - amazing roof deck - very accommodating host. Can’t say enough good things about this place (except we would have liked to stay longer.)

We’ve stayed here multiple times. House is always very clean, has all the amenities, is close to the beach and walking distance to the grocery store. We love the roof top deck which is great for hanging out in the evening to watch the sunset. Pam is an excellent host and very responsive.

Great property and wonderful location walking distance to everything. Has bikes and beach chairs and toys. Great kitchen and all the equipment necessary to cook. We choose to try the different restaurants around the area. Beds were too hard for me. Host is great to work with and very helpful. This was are second time staying here. Will definitely be coming back again.

Pam’s home was everything plus more! Great communication. A 2 short blocks to the beach, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, wagon, coolers, umbrella- no need to bring your own stuff!! Home was very clean and comfortable! We walked or rode the bikes to the majority of restaurants around us- plenty of great places to choose from! And the welcome homemade chocolate chip cookies were a favorite!! We hope to definitely stay here again. Thank you Pam for having us!

Great Stay

This was an excellent get away. Great home, great location and great hosts! We travel a lot and always love when hosts provide the little things, like salt & pepper.. We were very comfortable here and will definitely recommend it. Thanks Pam and Jimmy for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Beach Vaca Spot

We loved our stay at The Shack. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, equipped with everything one would need for a beach vacation. The hosts Pam and Jimmy were awesome and very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend it, and plan to go back.

Great getaway!

The place was absolutely lovely, modern and very clean. Wonderful amenities and location to beach and grocery store ideal for walking. Highly recommend and Pam was an excellent communicator and checked on us just to make sure all was well!
