It also has a unique Chinese tea room. The house is in a 24hrs guarded community, very quiet. Across the community is a popular golf club. It is 5 minutes to market place(including more than a hundred stores and restaurants), 5 miutes to famouse Peter Canyon trail. It is 5 minutes to highway5 , 133 and 261. 15 minute to beach.

Sorry for your feeling. We bought everything you required. We have to ask cleaning people to clean the cigarette and weed smell out of the house after you leave. This is guarded yard. We have to reject you coming back to the community. The current renter is very happy with the house. We will keep on improving to make our guests happy
