Less than 5 minutes away from some of the best Breakfast spots, shopping, and entertainment that downtown Fairhope has to offer. This updated cottage offers ample parking, over 1,000 square feet, 2 bedrooms - King bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest room, 1 full sized bathroom, washer/dryer in the home, and large fenced in backyard!

The property is pet friendly, but all pets must be approved by the owner of the property prior to stay and will incur an additional fee per pet.
The property is a duplex with two units in the building; however, each unit is completely separate, with its own parking and a private, fully fenced yard.
