Our family are 6th generation Arizonan family, Tucson High and University of Arizona family mostly with only one rebel who attended ASU. We enjoy the Sonoran desert and outdoors often.

The Armory park neighborhood is rich in Tucson culture and some of the earliest homes built in the early 1900's are located in Armory park.
What makes this property unique
What makes 5th Avenue truly unique is its handcrafted construction. This historic apartment was built by hand using mud adobe, red brick, and lava rock sourced from the riverbed near A Mountain, located just one mile west of I-10. These original materials give the home its authentic Old Pueblo character and timeless charm—something you won’t find in modern construction.
