Not clear that the two bath room are totally not close to the bedrooms. One bath room sink faucet is so tiny that the hot water would only come on when the shower water is turned on
Beautiful apartment! Very near the Spanish steps, wonderful cafes and shopping

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Great location in Rome — we felt very safe, and the apartment itself was clean and comfortable.A couple of important things to be aware of: the apartment is up two flights of stairs with no elevator, which was extremely difficult with children and a stroller. With young kids, this was honestly a nightmare and something we wish had been made much clearer in the listing. Also, be aware of an additional 200 cleaning fee. Although the listing indicated there were no hidden fees, we were contacted separately and told we were responsible for this additional charge. 200 is a significant amount and substantially increases the effective nightly cost of the stay. We found the way this was communicated to feel misleading.Overall excellent location, but families with strollers should be aware of the stairs, and future guests should carefully confirm all additional fees before booking. Felt very annoying to constantly be up charged for cleaning fees, crib, etc.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the apartment’s location, cleanliness and comfort, and that you felt safe during your stay.
We would, however, like to clarify an important point for future guests. Some of the aspects mentioned in your review as information that was not provided are, in fact, clearly stated in the listing and are visible before confirming the reservation.
In particular, the information regarding access to the apartment and the stairs is clearly described in the property listing, precisely so that guests can decide in advance whether the accommodation is suitable for their needs.
The cleaning fee is also clearly shown as part of the booking conditions and is not an additional or unexpected charge introduced after the reservation. Likewise, optional services such as a baby cot are charged only when specifically requested.
We always make every effort to provide complete and transparent information before a reservation is made. For this reason, we find a one-star rating particularly harsh and disproportionate when it appears to be based largely on information that was already clearly disclosed in the listing but was unfortunately not taken into account before booking.
We fully respect every guest’s right to share their experience, but we also believe that reviews should fairly reflect both the actual quality of the stay and the information that was made available before the reservation.
We nevertheless appreciate your
am a regular visitor to Rome with my husband, and this apartment truly amazed me. It is stunning. The layout is comfortable, the bathrooms are fantastic, the showers are simply an incredible experience, and the kitchen is well-equipped. I particularly loved the ice maker, which I haven't found in any other apartment in Rome. The beds are equally comfortable. I wish I had one like them back home in Washington! Fromhometorome team was fantastic. From the moment I booked until my departure, they were always available and responded quickly. They arranged my departure transfer, which was phenomenal and perfectly punctual. Without hesitation, this will be our go-to apartment in Rome for my next stay.
