Wow! What an amazing apartment! This stay at the end of our long Italy trip made the entire trip- the balconies to relax and unwind at the end of the day were unforgettable! Check in communication was perfect and easy to enter and exit the building and apartment. We felt safe with the private floor and even saw some others from the building who were very kind. Walked everywhere for days and came back to a charming, fun neighborhood each day. Already looking forward to a return visit!

Thanks so much Randy, see you next Roman holidays!
This was a great place to set up and explore Rome, and fun to be in the Ponte neighborhood, and your neighbor down the street one way is the Fridgidarium Gelato Shop and the other way is the Vatican!
This was our first family trip to Rome and the majority of the time we stayed in a hotel. Needless to say this will be the only way we stay from now on. Ricardo’s place was beautiful and being able to enjoy coffee on the balcony was such a treat. We loved every minute we stayed here. His place is beautiful and fit all of our needs perfectly.

Caro Richard, è stato un grande piacere, speriamo ri riavervi come ospiti a Roma!
The location of the property was excellent. Close to shops and cute family run restaurants. The apartment was nice and cozy either two patios as well as separate dining room and media room. Plenty of room with lots of light and windows.
The penthouse is in a great neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurant convenient to public transportation. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. We had some challenges with the door and building access due to the online unlocking process a few times but it eventually was very convenient. Once we figured out the elevator, that was convenient as well. Short term rentals in Rome seem to have lots of rules and extra fees which added up and were difficult to understand.

Dear Polly, thanks for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location of the penthouse, the comfort of the beds and the well-equipped kitchen and for that we regret to read that you reviewed us 6/10.
Regarding access to the building and use of the elevator, we would like to emphasize that, before arrival, we send all our guests detailed instructions, including photos and videos, to make the check-in process and access as easy as possible. As you also mentioned, once you became familiar with the process, the system proved to be practical and cost-effective.
As for the rules and any additional costs, these are clearly indicated in the list before reservation and are communicated again after the reservation is confirmed, in full compliance with current regulations and in the spirit of transparency that guides the way we host our guests. We believe that clear and open communication from both hosts and guests is essential to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for everyone.
Thank you once again for choosing our property. We wish you all the best on your future travels.
We loved our 5-night stay here. It's a top floor apartment with terraces in both directions, so stellar views. It has a few 'spaces' that give family members of friends room to spread out but still good communal space to sit together, eat together, and generally relax. The hosts were easy to communicate with, ahead of time and actually met is at the home after checking about our flights/arrival times. Check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. The street was a relatively quiet one but the apartment is near the end of the street so easy to get around. Being just across the river from St Peter's was wonderful. No complaints and would stay again!
Sorry if this is duplicate but I tried to post a review yesterday but I don’t see it here Great centrally located apartment in Rome. Absolutely charming and comfortable and very Italian in style. Two comfortable bedrooms with a great modern bathroom. Apartment had two lovely patios to enjoy. I don’t cook but the kitchen was cozy and had all I could need (a fridge and coffee).Thank God for the elevator which was a great treat since it was a penthouse. Ricardo was wonderful and helpful to deal with even though I am terrible at reading the instructions sent to me, he tolerated my ignorance and questions very well.
Fantastic, we have visited this apartment 3 times now, the best location in Rome, walkable to all the main sights. Lots of beautiful cafes. Beautiful outdoor spaces!! We hope to return soon.

It is a pleasure to know that, even on the third visit, the apartment and the area continue to conquer you. The area is truly ideal for experiencing Rome on foot, and I'm glad you enjoyed both the cafes and the outdoor spaces.
I sincerely hope to welcome you back very soon!
Thank you very much Nicola!
Wow!!! This is a beautiful, well-appointed apartment in the best area on a beautiful street close to everything. Aside from the charming architecture and great street, what really impressed us was the thoughtfulness of the apartment. There were cooking supplies and basic spices, there were extra blankets, there were cushions for the patio chairs, there were remote controlled blinds for the skylights so our baby could nap in a dark room. We felt like cherished guests. We loved the two patios—what a view!! Everything was wonderful! Thank you!
Perfect location in Rome near major sites and restaurants - walkable through classic charming streets. The home is even better than described. Two great terraces with seating, very clean and well outfitted.
If one wants to use the kitchen, one must buy salt/pepper, olive oil and any basics necessary. The bed is hard and the pillows are also hard. The shower does have warm water but not as warm as I would like. It does not get hot.Otherwise, it is a nice, bright and comfortable apartment.I like being met in person to get into an apartment instead of the extensive complicated version of check in.

Ciao Patti, we are truly amazed by this review because during your stay you never wrote about what you bring out now. I want to answer you point by point:
1) In the kitchen we leave salt, sugar, coffee and oil. They're in the tall, narrow cabinet that sits under the Nespresso coffee machine. Maybe you haven't found them?
2) No one has ever complained about the mattress which is new but if you had told us we would have brought you a topper and told you where you could find other softer pillows in the house.
3) A new boiler has been installed and a bathroom heater added to ensure more hot water, if you had told us we would have sent the technician to check and fix it!
4) We manage 40 facilities in Rome's historic center, and since Covid, to protect guests' health, we have eliminated in-person chekcins and organized home automation access. As you could see we give the maximum support on the booking chat and if we are asked we arrange the staff for in-person checkin.
We are very sorry because we are professional hosts and our first interest is to give the best for an amazing Roman holidays to all our guests. What you mention would have been quick to resolve if you had allowed us to intervene. For the next times you book a holiday home it's much more appropriate to report requests/observations before and during your stay rather than penalize in review, which is very incorrect for hosts who work with passion and professionalism like us.
A new location for us in Rome and the apartment was perfect for scouting! Easy shopping, restaurants and taxis.Nice bathroom and patio was a plus! We don't cook on vacation so having a small kitchen was fine. Elevator and washing machine worked great!
This apartment is wonderful, full of character and very comfortable. The two terraces are fantastic places to sit and have breakfast or coffee. I have stayed here once before and really hope to return one day.
